TechniFlex LCL 1000F/900 Ideal for LED Applications


Cranston, RI, USA - Technic Inc. has announced the release of its new liquid photoimageable solder mask for LED applications. The TechniFlex LCL 1000F/900 series is an advanced, white liquid photoimeagable solder mask for use in rigid, rigid-flex, and flexible LED fabrication.

TechniFlex LCL 1000F/900 provides superior flexibility and high reflectivity with none of the discoloration commonly experienced after multiple reflow cycles. TechniFlex resists discoloration in temperatures as high as 260°C, retaining greater than 80% reflectivity over a 400-700 nm wavelength range. TechniFlex also eliminates micro solder mask cracking on aluminum substrates.

TechniFlex LCL 1000F/900 is UL-approved, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant and is available in high gloss or matte finishes.
