Triple Roll, Multi-Speed Mill

Technic UK (Lektrachem Ltd.) installed its second Triple Roll Mill in April effectively doubling its capability for providing Technic products such as Technimask, Soldermask, and Thermal etch resists to the company’s expanding European and Asian markets.

 The three roll mill uses shear force created by the three water-cooled horizontal rollers (RAWS) that rotate in different directions and speeds to mix, disperse and homogenize pre-milled formulations. Triple roll mills provide reliable, finely ground end products to meet the most stringent particle sizes required for most printing inks and etch resist.
