Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment

Technic supplies ultrasonic cleaning equipment in both standard units for small scale operations and custom configured large scale units for inline operations and stand alone high volume production. 

Ultrasonic cleaning is a process that uses ultrasound (usually from 20–400 kHz) and an appropriate cleaning solvent to clean items from any oils, greases and other manufacturing residue. The ultrasound is used with an appropriate solvent for the item to be cleaned and the type of soiling present. Cleaning normally lasts between three and six minutes, but can also exceed 20 minutes, depending on the object to be cleaned.
