Technic to Attend Record-Setting SEMICON Taiwan 2024
Technic will be participating in this year’s SEMICON Taiwan, taking place from September 4-6, 2024. SEMICON Taiwan is set to achieve a record scale with over 1,000 exhibitors across 3,600 booths. This year’s theme, Breaking Limits: Powering the AI Era will highlight how the semiconductor community collaborates to drive the unstoppable wave of AI innovation.
Technic will be showcasing its chemistry solutions for advanced semiconductor packaging at the event. Marketed under the name Elevate®, Technic’s electrodeposition chemistries are well respected for their innovation and high quality in applications such as RDL, pillars, microbumps, and LED packaging. The Elevate line includes Elevate® Cu 3000, a versatile new process that can plate various types of features with excellent WID and WIW. It has a very stable additive package, and all inorganic and organic components are easily analyzed using Technic’s Elevate Analyzer.
Technic also supplies several high-performance photoresist strippers for liquid and dry-film resists, as well as a full range of metal etchants and cleaners marketed under the names TechniStrip®, TechniEtch, and Techniclean™. For analytical controls, the Technic RTA 3D will be on display. The RTA has become the leading analytical control system for damascene copper processes and backend packaging applications, including controlling TSV and copper pillar processes.
