Eric Smith Appointed Global Business Manager - Industrial Applications
Technic is pleased to announce the appointment of Eric Smith as Global Business Manager of Industrial Applications. In his new role, Eric will lead Technic’s global applications engineering teams, overseeing both the technical and commercial aspects of the company's industrial products. He will also assist with Technic’s ongoing customer support and analytical services teams, ensuring that the company continues to deliver high-quality solutions to its clients.
Eric Smith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Syracuse University and brings over 18 years of experience in electronic and industrial finishing. His career with Technic began at the Advanced Technology Division in Plainview, NY, in positions including lead analytical chemist, process formulator, and technical marketing engineer. Notably, three of the many specialty processes Eric formulated during his tenure were OEM-approved and have since been adopted as industry standards. His deep expertise and proven leadership make him an invaluable asset to Technic, as the company continues to expand its industrial applications portfolio.
