Technic Italgalvano Acquires Galvanotecnica Italiana


Lodi Vecchio, Italy – Technic Italgalvano is proud to announce the acquisition of Galvanotecnica Italiana. Decorative tapsThis move marks an important step in the company’s growth journey, with the goal of continuing to offer high-quality products and services.

Galvanotecnica Italiana was founded in 1948 as Compagnia Italiana Galvanotecnica and began manufacturing chemical products for plating, and supplying plating equipment. Since the 1960s, the company has continued to establish itself in the market, thanks to the effectiveness of its technical and commercial support.

Their product range primarily consists of chemicals for decorative and industrial applications, such as degreasers, blackening, bronzing, and nickel plating.

We are pleased to integrate our product portfolio with that of Galvanotecnica Italiana, a historic brand in Italy’s plating industry. This acquisition will allow us to align our competitive strategies and offer new solutions to our customers.
