Technic Announces the Appointment of Claudia Mosher as Regional Manager
Cranston, RI – Technic is pleased to announce the appointment of Claudia Mosher as the new Regional Manager for the US Midwest and Mexico. In her new role, Claudia will oversee customer support and field service for Technic covering the Midwest and Mexico. Her responsibilities include managing field staff, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting customer technical roadmaps, and working closely with clients to foster trust and ensure that their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Claudia is a graduate of Bielefeld College in Germany, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She brings over 35 years of experience in the electroplating industry, having held positions such as Research Chemist, Technical Service Manager, Senior Sales Manager with LeaRonal Inc., and Founder of Hitek Labs. Claudia joined Technic nearly ten years ago and has served as the North American Product Manager for the company’s 3D Printing and Anodizing products before advancing to the role of Global Business Manager for Industrial Applications.
Claudia takes over the role from Brian McIlveen, who has recently retired after an illustrious 46-year career in the industry. Brian joined Technic on November 1st, 1991, and had been with the company for nearly 33 years. Throughout his tenure, Brian was recognized as one of the most respected representatives globally, highly valued by clients for his extensive knowledge in plating and his dedication to service.
