Black Solder MaskPhotoimageable liquid resists are a type of ink used in various industrial processes, particularly in semiconductor and printed wiring board (PWB) manufacturing.
These inks are designed to be sensitive to ultraviolet (UV) light, either in traditional equipment or laser direct imaging (LDI) systems, which allows for precise patterning during the manufacturing of electronic components.

  • UV Sensitivity: Photoimageable resin inks respond to UV light exposure, making them suitable for photolithography processes.
  • Layer Formation: These inks can be applied as a liquid and then exposed to UV light through a mask/photo tool or by LDI. The areas exposed to UV light harden or cure, forming the desired pattern.
